We make Enrollment Easy!
Step 1: Choose a class from our Class Schedule. (Classes are listed on the RIGHT)
Step 2: Fill out a Registration Form Online or Print a Registration Form to fill out, then mail it to us at:

Step 3: Choose your payment amount. ($100.00 Registration Fee OR the Full Amount of the Class)
Step 4: Mail in your payment or pay in person at our establishment.
Step 5: We will send you an email confirmation if you enroll online, otherwise we will call you to confirm your enrollment.

Please fill out a registration form before submitting your payment
* The $100.00 Registration is non-refundable, however, if you are unable to attend the class you initially choose, we will still allow you to choose another class date.
* Please be advised that classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Your Registration Fee or Full Payment will guarantee your spot in any open class. When a class becomes full, we will indicate that on our website.
* Previous criminal convictions or disciplinary actions by any license agency could prevent a person from being eligible to obtain a license. Please check with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency prior to applying for a class
